It may sound like a cliche, but we do feel that our employees are the backbone and success of our company. We could not continue to be successful without the steady and dedicated work of our employees.
Precision employees are not sub-contractors, nor are they paid by the job. Each employee is paid hourly at a rate that is considerably higher than the minimum wage. Because of this, our employees are not under pressure to hurry through their work in order to make more money but are paid a fair wage that in turn provides our customers with the quality service they expect.
We believe that one key indicator of a cleaning service’s success is the length of time the company retains its employees. We currently have over 20 employees servicing our accounts. Our current average employee retention time is over 5 years. We feel this speaks to our fair treatment of our employees and the consistent service our employees provide to our customers.
In addition, another indicator of our customers’ commitment to us is our contract longevity. Since 2010 we have an average customer retainage time of over 4 years.
